Panicha Paris Return & Exchange Policy
At Panicha Paris, we are committed to your satisfaction. However, due to the personal and hygienic nature of our adhesive silicone nipple covers, we have established the following policy:
Return Window
All return or exchange requests must be made within 21 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
• Full-priced items in their original, unopened packaging are eligible for return or exchange.
• Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Opened or used products cannot be accepted for return or exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Sale & Promotional Items
Products purchased on sale, during promotions, or with discount codes are eligible for store credit only (no monetary refund).
Items Purchased with Store Credit
Items bought using store credit or gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Refund Process
• Approved returns of full-priced, eligible items will be refunded to your original payment method.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping charges (both original and return shipping) are non-refundable.
Exchange
• We happily offer exchanges for size, shade, or product type (subject to stock availability) within the 21-day window, provided the item is unused and unopened.
How to Return
1. Contact our customer service at

2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label (if applicable).
4. Ship the item back in its original packaging.
Important Notes
• Panicha Paris reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
• All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the product is found to be used, opened, or damaged, the return will be rejected.
• For health and hygiene protection, we cannot accept returns on any product where the seal has been broken or the product has been applied to the skin.
Exceptions
Defective or damaged items upon arrival will be fully refunded or replaced at no extra cost.
Please notify us with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery.
